Multimedia Manager
As the multimedia specialist for URU, Uriah Monk creates and edits videos for projects and programs such as Our Humanity and Changing the Face of STEM. Using footage shot by our film crew, Uriah crafts videos of high-profile thought leaders, STEM professionals, volunteers, participants, and partners working together at our events and workshops. Uriah also assists in the production of special projects such as digital live streams, film development, social media graphics, virtual reality learning experiences, and photography. Uriah played a critical role in the creation and implementation of the virtual reality project, “You Can’t Be What You Can’t See,” which was delivered on the Oculus Go platform.
Uriah earned a B.A. in Graphic/Information Design from Central Connecticut State University, and is currently enrolled in a master’s program at the Savannah College of Arts and Design.
